  7. Select which heading you would like the link to fall under (libraries, lists discussions)
  8. Select OK
  9. The new link will now be available in the Quick Launch Bar

  1. Click Site Actions
  2. Click Site Settings
  3. Click Save Site as Template
  4. Set the file name for the Template
  5. Add a name and description for the template
  6. Click OK
  7. When you see the Operation Completed Successfully page click OK
  8. The new template is now available for you to create a new site
  9. Click Site Actions
  10. Click New Site
  11. Locate your new template under Template Selection
